Covers for the hall

Set every party table in minutes

We make disposable table covers, charger plates, and favor banks for weddings, showers, and school halls. The covers roll out flat, sit right on the banquet board, and come off with the rest of the cleanup.

Packs for your hallOrder the bundle that matches your layout without splitting odd sets.
Rounds and rectanglesWe shape covers specifically for long banquet boards and wide circles.
Three metallic finishesFrame each plate with gold, silver, or rose gold charger rings.
A drop you can measureEvery cover lists how far it hangs on each table, so nothing is a guess.

Pick your room palette

Choose the main table color first, then match the chargers and accents to suit.

From the cutting table

What the rectangle cut looks like once it is on a table

We put this together for the rectangle line: the pack counts first, then the color range, then a room with the table already laid.

15 seconds. The film runs through every shade the rectangle cut has ever been made in. We box fewer than that: 12 rectangle shades are listed here, 23 across the whole catalog.

Match packs to tables

Use the layout tool to pair table shapes with full cover bundles.

Tell it the table and the head count and it names the box, the drop and what is left over.

From table plan to pack

Take the room layout from the venue manager, match the surfaces to our cuts, and pull the bundles designed for that specific hall size.

Setting a banquet room

Our covers split between long banquet tables and round party tables. Long boards take rectangle sheets that drape over the sides, while round tops take wide circles that hang the same distance all the way around. Both are half drops, so the legs stay in view.

  • The round cut runs 84 inches across, one size for every round in the room.
  • Boxes come 2, 4, 6 and 12 to a pack on the covers, so a floor of any size lands on a whole number of boxes.
  • 23 shades sit in the catalog, and 14 of them are cut in more than one line.
  • The film wipes down between courses, which is why the same cover comes back out for the next event.

Where to start

If the venue tables sit between sizes, take the larger cut. A longer drop gives the room a uniform look and hides cartons stored underneath, while a short sheet pulls tight at the corners.

Notes from hosts and planners

These are a great and hard to find table cover. A nice dark brown, using them for our Thanksgiving Buffet at our Church. Good quality, wipeable and able to reuse again if you want to.

My daughter needed some table clothes for a project and these were the perfect color and overall were great for what she needed.

I highly recommend these tablecloths because they are surprisingly durable. I have used and reused them for three potlucks with very few needing to be discarded. They also are easy to clean. Great product!
